Yes, I offer worldwide international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing. An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided once your order is placed. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
WHERE CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM ENGRAVING?
Custom engraving requests can be submitted through the Custom Inquiry section of our website. Please include as many details as possible such as the item, engraving text, quantity, and preferred timeline so our I can review your request and follow up with pricing and availability.
HOW DO I PLACE A ORDER?
Ready-to-order custom engraving pieces can be purchased directly through the Shop section of our website. For requests outside of the available selection, please submit a request through our Custom Inquiry section.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS?
All items are custom-made to order, so I do not offer refunds or cancellations. Once an order is submitted, materials are purchased and production begins. Please double-check when describing sizing, colors, and details before after your purchase. If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to contact me before ordering.
HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM ORDER TAKE?
Production time for custom orders depends on the complexity of the design and our current workload. On average, custom products take 2–4 weeks to complete before shipping. More intricate designs or larger orders may require additional time.
Before placing your order, you can contact us with your design details, and we’ll provide a personalized estimated timeline. Once production is complete, shipping time will vary depending on your location.
We recommend allowing extra time during peak seasons, such as holidays, when our order volume is higher. Our goal is to ensure each custom item is made with care and attention to detail.
